TENDER PROCESS
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers including all
relevant documents mentioned above together with the completed signed and
stamped tender dossier in person and not by e-mail in a sealed envelope to our
office (address below).
All enquiries need to be made in writing via email (address below).
Site visit
- A mandatory site visit will be offered on Thursday, 5th November 2020.
- The meeting point for the site visit is the office address, meeting time is 9:00 AM.
EVALUATION PROCESS
Tenders will be evaluated on the criteria listed below:
1. Demonstrable ability to perform all functions related to the scope within the
time specified
2. Completed and duly signed and stamped tender documents
3. Bidders’ business profile (incl. Organogram, Insurance, Equipment’s related to
the project)
4. Total price
5. Years of relevant experience
6. Compliance with Tankamel Sawa and arche noVa terms and conditions
7. Bidders’ recommendation letters/ past performance
8. List of similar projects
9. Site visit participation
10. Experiences and origin in the area of intervention
11. Method statement
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The advanced payment of the contract will be paid by check (20% of contract amount). All remaining payments will be done in fresh USD.

Please provide the following in order to get the tender dossier (stamped copies):
• Registration proof of your company
• Classification of the company from the Ministry of Power and Energy (Water) and/ or the NORTH LEBANON WATER ESTABLISHMENT
• Valid registration proof in the Ministry of Finance (VAT number)
Please bring the stamp of your company when taking the tender dossier in order to
be accepted.
