Duties and responsibilities:
Under the regular supervision of the HR Manager, the PAYROLL OFFICER will be responsible of:
Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Create the employees file in the payroll system.
Specify all required data for employees in the payroll system.
Maintain leave records.
Register employees to NSSF & MOF
Follow up on employees status with NSSF & MOF
Follow up on employees insurance
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Perform monthly operations on employees master record
Calculate monthly insurance deductions
Calculate monthly transportation benefits
Compiling summaries of salaries, taxes, NSSF
TAX & NSSF calculation
TAX & NSSF reporting
TAX & NSSF declaration
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Conditions of Work:
The PAYROLL OFFICER will operate under the supervision of HR Manager by providing payroll information and preparing reports.
The PAYROLL OFFICER will be based in Badaro Main Center.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on payroll experience
2+ years of experience in Lebanese taxation
2+ years of experience in NSSF calculation
Mature individual with the attention to detail, ability to work independently and under stressful conditions and tight deadlines
Effective communicator, analytical thinker, active learner and team player
Strong knowledge of computer applications such as MS word, Excel and Outlook
High degree of flexibility and adaptability required
Fluent in English and Arabic.
