FORSA II apprenticeship (work based learning) component support trainees in acquiring practical knowledge to familiarise themselves with the realities of a workplace and the demands of employers, by covering the equivalent of up to sixty days of wages so that there is no cost associated to the apprenticeship for the employers. The trainees level is determined by the business owners according to their company’s needs and the trainees are selected jointly by Mercy Corps team and the business owners to ensure they are a good fit for the enterprise. The business must be located in either Bekaa or South Governorate.
