Administrative and Financial Officer

The administrative and financial officer will be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with the SWSL board committee members:

  • Assist the SWSL President and Treasurer in administrative issues.
  • Prepare the financial and procurement procedures according to the donors’ requirement   
  • Undertake the accounting of SWSL projects including UNICEF and other projects.  
  • Take care of Bank transaction.
  • Manage personnel-related issues.
  • Filling the receipts and archiving in folders following to projects documents, etc. 
  • Create projects’ financial balance sheets as requested by the donors.
  • Establish a data entry of the various project’s expenses.
  • Manage the annual budgets to be presented at the General Assembly by the treasurer. 
  • Prepare the General assembly meeting and yearly budget and balance.
  • Meet the auditors and present the financial reports
  • Be responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality according to the donors’ requirement
  • Prepare the contract for the newly recruited personnel with the SWSL Board Committee and the HR
