Fundraising Project Coordinator

  • Maintain professional communication via phone, and e-mail
  • Coordinating with local partners and communities
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Preparing of regularly scheduled reports
  • Participating in networking activities to extend the network
  • Actively participating in team meetings - UN meetings
  • Ensure close collaboration and coordination with the fundraising manager
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Arrange and organize schedules/needs for external conferences and workshop with identified facilities

A. Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferable in Business Administration

B. Professional Background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Administrative-Logistics




C. Skills and Capacities
• Very good command of e Arabic and English; written and spoken (French is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good network and knowledge of NGO operations, the dynamics of the humanitarian sector in Lebanon and the status of Syrian and Palestinianrefugees
• Experiences in coordinating projects
• High level of empathy and genuine care and respect for the needs of others, especially children and refugees
• A belief in empowering vulnerable people
• Flexible work attitude
• Commitment to humanitarian principles and values
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and manage a diverse array of activities and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
