Handcraft Expert Needed for Business Support Program

Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club is currently supporting businesses in North Lebanon involved in the production of:

- Handcrafts (wooden, resin, metal, and other materials)

- Accessories

- Clothing

- Soap

- Cosmetics

- Other types of handmade products

The expert is expected to support our participants on both the technical and the business levels. He/She will be developing a needs assessment report and a full action plan based on the needs of each participant in which he will cover:

- Product/ concept development and diversification

- Shifting models

- Providing tools and techniques

- Improving quality and reducing costs

- Identifying latest trends and develop action plans accordingly

- Linking to potential buyers and facilitate market access

- Other needs based on the assessment of the expert

The expert is supposed to deliver sustainable interventions in an interactive and dynamic environment. Sessions can be conducted both online or offline. He will be giving assignments and practical exercises.

Candidates shall have a minimum of 8 years of experience. Previous experience in working with MSMEs is mandatory

Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club will be following up on the implementation and the progress through reports and regular documentation to make sure all objectives and targets are adequately met.
