Background
Part of the UDP_NL project is the strengthening of relationships between ethnic-religious
communities of young Lebanese (15-29 years) in North Lebanon’s T5 (Tripoli and the five
districts of Al-Koura, Batroun, Bcharre, Zgharta and Minieh-Dannieh). UDP_NL seeks to
conduct inter-exchange events with youth from different communities to foster empathy,
understanding, knowledge of other communities, and ultimately, social cohesion.
As part of the inter-exchange events, UDP_NL is looking for a consultant that can
implement trainings on topics relating to hip hop. The aim of these trainings is to strengthen
the participants’ knowledge of what it takes to produce a hip hop music video. In order to foster
social cohesion the participants will work together in creating hip hop songs and music
videos.
Due to the current measures in response to the Corona virus (e.g. lockdown) and other security
issues (such as roadblocks) that may occur and would make the physical inter-exchange
meetings impossible, flexibility is mandatory to compensate through online meetings and
discussions and maximize the usage of digital tools as much as possible and when needed
