Key Expert 1: Team leader/Senior Training Specialist

Key Qualifications and skills:

•             At least a Bachelor degree in social sciences, public administration, business administration, law or economic sciences;

•             Strong analytical leadership, coordination and problem solving, demonstrable communication, analytical and report-writing skills;

•             Proficiency in English and Arabic.

General professional experience:

•             At least 15 years of working experience after achieving the university degree. Part of this experience, at least 8 years, must be in a leading and management role.

Specific professional experience:

•             At  least  10 years  of demonstrated  experience  in  the design  and  implementation  of training  and coaching activities to local authorities;

•             Expertise in local governance, local regulations as well as knowledge of policies and programmes related to local governance;

•             Experience in EU procedures and regulations is considered an asset.

Key expert 2: Advocacy Expert

Qualifications and skills

• At least a  Bachelor  degree  in  social  sciences,  public  administration, business  administration, law or economic  sciences;
•  Strong  analytical   leadership, coordination  and  problem  solving,  demonstrable communication,  analytical and report-writing skills;

• Proficiency  in English  and Arabic  is required.

General professional experience

• At least 10 years of working experience after achieving the university degree;

Specific professional experience

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of similar projects such as implementing advocacy and lobbying activities related to environment and development subjects, etc.
• Expertise  in  local regulations as well  as knowledge of policies  and  programmes  related  to local governance
• Experience in EU procedures and regulations is considered an asset.
