Mission

Your role will be to train future web developers on PHP frameworks while accompanying them throughout their daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the lead trainer
• Prepare exercises and teachings
• Be present, monitor and help the students in their daily training
• Prepare and deliver external workshops delivered by Codi to different audiences including children
• Participate in the recruitment of cohorts
• Help and accompany the class during meetups and social events

Profile Requirements 

Technical 

• Passionate about programming and web development
• Wide knowledge in PHP frameworks
• Good knowledge of server-side design patterns and continuous delivery principles
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in resource management (technical teams)

Desired Skills

• Fervent desire and passion for teaching
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Previous experience dealing with projects/clients

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, well-organized, efficient, flexible, keen to learn new skills
• Ability to participate within a multidisciplinary team and act autonomously as relevant
• Business development experience (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full time employment (5 days / week) starting ASAP for 18 months (with the possibility of extension)
• Core location for employment will be Tripoli
• Compensation & Bonus for discussion
