Project Support

DW Akademie is looking for Project Support (f/m/d) in Beirut/Lebanon from 01.02.2021 until 12.31.2022

Our offer:

  • Supporting the program director and project managers in the implementation of projects in Lebanon
  • Providing logistical support for project implementation
  • Supporting administrative processes
  • Assisting with financial control
  • Execution of general organisational tasks
  • Office management 
  • Working in an international, agile team with high range of flexibility. Working from home is possible.
  • Further education for the project support position by the internal DW Akademie Training Centre is planned depending on the projects to be implemented. 

What you bring with you

  • Strong experience in logistical support of project implementation
  • Strong experience in financial control
  • Proficiency in the common software applications
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • Professional experience in the field of freedom of expression, media development, journalism and civil society work is desirable
  • Knowledge of the work processes and organizational structure of DW Akademie is desirable
