Roles and Responsibilities:
Program:
- Support in delivering center based or mobile PSS activities and parenting skills training for caregivers.
- Conducting parenting skills session
- Identify appropriate spaces to deliver PSS activities in mobile settings following principles of safety and respect
- Making recommendations to ensure spaces are made safely and appropriate for PSS activities
- Support and supervise PSS street educators in the organization and deliver psychosocial activities for children
- Identify children requiring case management and ensure to refer them safely to the case management team
- Monitor and run the activity by the animators actively
- Collect data daily about the activities organized and ensure that all the relevant forms are duly filled
- Work in close collaboration with the case workers and other MF staff
- Raise any concern or challenge to the SAWC team supervisor
- Supervise the support staff (animators, OVS, BLS)
- OVs Focal Point for SaWC . Collect data monthly and prepare the monthly report for OVs
- Prepare plans or schedules for OVS animators or BLS
- Attend night shift activities to support the team
Other:
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports
- Report concerns or incidents promptly to MF management and liaise with community leaders and other external parties as required to maintain/enhance the security environment for MF programs
- Engage with the coaching and training support provided to MF
- Provide supervision and mentor PSS animators in collaboration with the SAWC team supervisor
- Ensure activities run in a timely manner to ensure the successful implementation of programs
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop MF programs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Pedagogy is preferable
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in working directly with vulnerable populations in the delivery of support service
- Experience in working with children and caregivers and organizing activities
- Experience in working in NGO is a plus
- Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment preferable
Languages:
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English
Computer Proficiency:
Proficient in Word and Excel
