Crowd controller – 1 for Hermel & 1 for Arsal

Scope of responsibility:

The responsibilty of the crowd controller part of this position is to help the clinic manager in the management of patient flow/ crowdness ( information for the patients according to appointment dates and times) The second main task of the position will be to support with the electronic appointment system upon the request of clinic manager.

Function responsibilities include:

• Surveying the MSF premise's access and guides people to reception within authorized hours. Contacts administration team for authorizing people access.
• Be a welcoming presence for patients to the PHC
• Organize an efficient patients’ flow in the waiting area and outside the consultation rooms
  Guide patients from waiting area to triage/consultation rooms and from consultation rooms to the pharmacy, following patients’ circuit in the clinic
• Ensure that patients receive adequate answers to their questions.
• Explain the triage process and the flow of the patients in the PHC and help guide patients through each process
• Keep order and quiet the waiting area
• Taking care of all tasks connected with the electronic appointment system for patients, which includes the handling of the system and the required communication with the patients.

Requirements

Education

Essential secondary education.

Experience

2 years of related working experience required.

Languages             

Local languages essential. Mission language desirable

Knowledge

Desirable computer literacy (word, Excel)
