Driver

General Objectives and Tasks:

1. Maintain the vehicle in good and safe condition:

• Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and that the safety measures are in effect and forward any repair needs to those who are responsible.
• Keep the vehicle clean and clean it if necessary.
• Check the validity of the documents related to the vehicle (insurance, mechanics, etc.) and report any expiration.

2. Transport items from homes or specific locations to the factory and vice versa:

• Carry out an organized driving plan.
• Plan the best route to transport all the items in the shortest and most efficient way.
• Transport the items as per the transportation/driving plan and being responsible for all items from the moment they are inside the truck to the moment they arrive at the planned destination and offloaded by responsible parties.
• Ensure the appropriate on loading and offloading of the items from/to the truck.
• Maintain the safety of the items during transport.
• Comply assuredly with the traffic law and arcenciel’s internal regulations.

Position Requirements:

Skill set and competencies:

• Should possess a public driving license with more than 10 tons.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect policies and procedures as well as driving laws in Lebanon.
• Knowledgeable of traffic awareness.
• Team worker
• Flexibility and commitment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Time management

Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am till 1:30 pm

Contract Type: 3 Months (Renewable).
