Image removed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Objective 1:   General Duties  

  •  Ensure that reports to donors are submitted on time and are coherent and accurately written (quarterly, interim and/or final report)
  • Ensure accurate tracking of implementation and timely alerts to potential challenges/obstacles
  • Ensure grant files and program activities in coordination with relevant sector supervisor/coordinators are up to date and available to use.  
  • Lead Grant Opening and Closing meetings.
  • Monitor and support the use of grants management tools such as Budget versus Actuals (BvAs), procurement planning, recruitment plan and activity plans amongst program teams
  • Support in grants modification: Cost or non-cost extension, amendments, etc
  •  Work with all departments to ensure audit readiness for each grant.
  • Other related tasks or different requested task may apply from the Programs Director. 

Objective 2: Internal Coordination’s and Compliance

  • Coordinate with the Meal department  to :
  1. Ensure that grant implemented in compliance with Lebrelief and relevant donor regulations.
  2. Contribute in the development of data collection and M&E plans within the proposal (right holders counting, indicators are reported properly).
  •  Identify risk, advise programs director, operation, and finance managers on necessary actions that effect on the implementation of the activities.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge on regulations, policies and reporting requirements from the downer and build this knowledge among the technical leads and operation staff.   

Objective 3:  Reporting Mechanism

  • Reports to the Programs Director, in order to align with the projects objective, targets and activities.
  • Report all newly updates gathered from other related sources from meetings/coordination’s to the Programs Director/Country Director.
  • Set a weekly plan on behalf team members and update them regularly with any information would change their workflow activities.

Experience:

  • A minimum of two prior experience in such domain 
  • Demonstrable understanding of the project ( planning and management cycles)
  • Demonstrable high-level management performance ( team working skills )  
  • ability to undertake needed analysis  and good record keeping computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong Verbal ,written and editing skills
  • Ability to work under programmatic and administrative pressure
  • Adaptable to changing requirements.
