• Attract young people to attend a vocational training.
• Create and maintain a filing system for beneficiaries.
• Insure organization/companies for training.
• Support the beneficiaries during their inclusion in the market.
• Prepare the training session with the collaboration of the head of center.
• Supervise the progress of the vocational training.
• Create a local network with the private sector.
• Prepare the filing system related to the vocational training session along with the beneficiary evaluation form.
• Preserve the tools and equipment used in the training and return them in a good condition to the main warehouse.

Basic Literacy and Numeracy

• Attract young people for the program
• Create and maintain a personal file for each beneficiary
• Conduct the animation and life skills for online sessions
