- Takes special care of vulnerable and high-risk children, adolescents and adults among the people we serve.
- Supports the Team in tasks related to all Protection Issues arising in the School and in Outreach.
- Detect people with social needs: meet people seeking assistance.
- Follow up on the welfare of the beneficiaries and ensure their social support.
- Provides basic counselling to less-complex cases.
- Promote the development and empowerment of people by providing social support.
- Analyze the needs of refugees and suggest new initiatives to the Project Coordinator.
- Provide schedule of activities on weekly/monthly basis.
- Provide regular reporting on your activities to Project Manager and program coordinator when needed or asked.
- Maintain good relations with local implementing actors, local authorities, and other international and local stakeholders.
- Respect and abide by the highest code of ethics and confidentiality aspects.
