Request for quotations for the provision of hand farming equipment

In the framework of the DOT-OLIVE project, financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS – AID011865), CELIM Lebanon is seeking to purchase a set of hand agricultural equipment such as grass trimmers, olive pickers, hand tractors. A detailed list of items and quantities is reported in the attached file Procedures.

How to Apply
  1. Tender submissions must consist of the following documents:
    1. Financial offer: pro-forma invoice with the following details:
      1. Company details (Address, telephone number, VAT number, etc.)
      2. Bill of quantity with related unit and total prices of each requested item present in the technical specifications.
    2. Technical specifications of each item.
    3. Warranty details.
    4. Distributor / Dealer Authorization Letter.
    5. Declaration of Honour (template attached).
  2. How tenders may be submitted: Tenders must be submitted in English exclusively to the contracting authority, CELIM Lebanon and be sent to the following email address: celim@celimlb.org by 8 March 2021
