HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

Office Administration/HR:

  • Securing the recruitment of qualified staff for the organization (posting job descriptions when needed, collecting CVs …)
  • Managing all staff related matters (timesheets, annual leaves, performance appraisal…)
  • Drafting employees’ contracts.
  • Preparing memos, manuals for a better performance of the team
  • Ensure confidentiality of all correspondence and operations.
  • Provide administrative and logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, etc.
  • Ensure the well maintenance of the office.
  • To manage the office space properly enabling employees to fulfill their tasks.
  • Preparing the facilities of the office for meetings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of OR concerning the office supplies and equipment for the office.

General:

  • Carrying out any other duties relevant to the Nature of the Job as requested
  • Attend the institutional trainings provided to Al Ribat
  • Contribute to the building of operational system
  • Ensure rules are followed according to the procedures.
