Detailed Job Description

• Reviews current applications and products.
• Presents ideas for product improvements.
• Works closely with organization staff on product improvement.
• Maintains the applications, surveys, and dashboards once they are up and running.
• Gathers and evaluates user feedback.
• Configures existing Products (Survey123, Webapp Builder, and Dashboards).
• Recommends and executes improvements when needed.
• Generate reports based on certain criteria.
• Works independently when required.
• Reports to the program development lead.

Professional Qualifications Needed 

Skills/Traits

• Familiarity with databases (MSSQL).
• Knowledge of coding languages (C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML) and frameworks/systems (Angular 11, ArcGIS JavaScript API 4.x).
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in application development.

Languages

• Excellent command of Arabic and English language (writing, reading, and speaking fluently).

• French or any other language is a plus.
