Items requested:
- Wooden or Aluminium Light Weight Stage (Size: 7x3 meters (or above) with 1 meter or above in height, with side steps): The stage must be a mobile stage made of several pannels which can be collected together to make a full stage, or some pannels can be removed to make a smaller one, based on the setting.
- Stage Carpet (Moquette to cover the stage)
- Theater Curtains
- Lighting (Spot Lights and Stands)
- Sound System (2 Speakers with stands, power, mixer, microphone sets)
- Cables and wiring for the lights and the sound system (10 meters or above)
Note: Prices are requested to be in USD with VAT included. The quotes must include a letter-head showing the company's name, phone number, and email.
Contracted Supplier will be chosen based on the most competative price aligning with the specifications requested by the call.
Suppliers are required to have:
- Company License Registration
- Commercial Registration
- Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance
- Certificate of registration with VAT
