Entrepreneurship Curriculum Designer

USPEaK is seeking a curriculum designer on women entrepreneurship that leads them to open their businesses. A suggestion of 8 modiule titles should be included with the application. 

Tasks:

• Designs currciulum of 80 hours (8 modules) on entrepreneurship in English Language
• Is gender sensitive in the material, content and language selected
• Prepares visual material for each module (powerpoint, illustrations, etc.)
• Suggests open source video materials for each module
• Observes and evaluates the curriculum implementation in one pilot class in 8 online visits
• Evaluates the curriculum through the online visits and recommends changes needed
• Delivers the curriculum in 6-8 weeks 
• Submits the modules suggested in the job application included in the statement of interest
• Is ready to discuss findings and how outcomes are to be delivered during the preparation time
• is available to discuss and evaluate the outcomes within 6 months of teaching the curriculum
