Administrative officer

 

Tasks: 

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Assist and communicate with the social media team 
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting space
