Responsibilities:
• To enter data from source documents within time limits.
• To ensure that files and documents are organized in a proper way. The work will be with both paper documents and electronic files.
• To ensure payments have been processed and cash collections have been deposited into the bank.
• To perform clerical duties in an organized way.
Job qualifications:
• 1 year of Accounting work experience and procurement
• Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices and stock control.
• Visual Dolphin experience is a plus / Omega dolphin is a plus
