- Manage a programme for youth and young adults
- Draft, write and manage any grant funding requirements in relation to Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation Programme, including proposals and reports
- Coordinate, outreach and expand network of FDCD volunteers
- Develop project strategies, changes and manage tasks as required
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
- Develop trainings to build the volunteers' capacity
- Prepare operational budget for projects and be able to execute payments for expenses as well as invoice collection and issuing payment vouchers
- Establish limited contracts with service providers and be able to process a monthly financial reconciliation

Required Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum of five years of experience (NGO is a must)
- University degree;
- Proven track record of working in a similar capacity with the national and/or international NGOs in the region;
- Highly skilled in report writing in both Arabic and English (French is a plus);
- Excellent oral English and Arabic communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
