Outreach and Field Officer

Rene Moawad Foundation is recruiting an Outreach and Field Officer who will be dealing with Humanitarian Aid and support projects and will be the primary contact between target beneficiaries and communities and the Project Coordinator and/or to Director of Humanitarian Projects.

TASKS

• Lead, Support and/or facilitate the ongoing projects field activities
• Along with the project coordinator, plan and coordinate general project activities
• Prepare detailed work plans and follow up on the progress
• Identify potential beneficiaries if needed for a project as per a set criteria
• Collect data and/or Fill questionnaires or needs assessments when needed with all potential beneficiaries
• Ensure effective communication and liaison processes with beneficiaries.
• Follow up on project implementation with the beneficiaries on the field
• Capture photos for the ongoing activities, and document success stories
• Submit weekly reports
• Support the project coordinator in producing donor reports and ad hoc reports.
• Identify and mitigate any technical problems faced, challenges and potential risks.
• Make sure that logistical, administrative and financial procedures linked to project implementation are followed based on the set guidelines and procedures.
• Follow up and ensure that all administrative documents related to project implementation are up to date and archived.
• Other tasks as needed within this scope of work

• Strong relationship skills with the ability to work effectively with local stakeholders.
• Experience in similar position (support to project management, project coordination, implementation of programs, etc.) is a plus.
• Computer proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,…).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
