Life skills trainer

The Life Skills facilitator/trainer will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting Soft & Life Skills sessions for youth between 16 and 30 years old.

Main tasks are:

1. To customize Neopreneur course plans in line with quality standards following the program need, in coordination with Neopreneur officer.
2. To deliver the course plans in line with quality standards, as coordinated with the officer.
3. To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress reports.
4. To cooperate and to work closely with other facilitators/trainers to improve delivery and ensure a smooth work process.
5. To track students’ progress, and prepare backup plans for students facing challenges.
6. To prepare tests, worksheets, and other activities as delegated by the supervisor.  

Training Topics may include but are not limited to:

Resume writing, job hunting, interviewing skills, presentation skills, problem-solving, communication skills, negotiation, conflict resolution, Business ethics.

Requirements

Practical experience for at least three years in facilitating Soft & Life Skills sessions that focus on raising the self-confidence, personal and professional development of the participants toward becoming solution makers and active citizens. Business coaching skills and experience are desired.

• Familiar with online and offline delivery.
