Pharmacist - Baalbek (3 vacancies)

  • Monitors the daily vaccination supply and stock and consumption
  • Pre orders vaccine supplies from MOPH as per assessed needs and consumption
  • Coordinates with site supervisor on load of beneficiaries and needed vaccination fills during working hours
  • Mixes vaccine with appropriate diluent or adjuvant (depending on the vaccine) using appropriate aseptic technique as per the guidelines.
  • Pre-loads the syringe with the appropriate dose and attaches the needle for administration using appropriate aseptic
  • Ensures that sufficient vaccine is pre-loaded to keep the clinic running efficiently, but not too much is preloaded to prevent wastage.
  • Monitors the supplies of pre-loaded syringes that each Immunizer has and needs
  • Ensures vaccines are kept according to appropriate cold chain requirements during the mixing and pre-loading processes and after pre-loading, with appropriate temperature monitoring and recording.
  • Monitor cold chain of the vaccination fridge
  • At the end of the clinic, completes inventory count for ancillary supplies, forms and other equipment and provides replenishment numbers needed for the next day's clinic.
