- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database system, and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
- Prepare data entry reports when needed
- Follow up and data entry on RAIS and any other program requested by manager
- Support field staff in preparing data processed
- Further to proper check-ups enters on daily basis all data into external partners and internal data base
- Be available to take a part in meetings organized in office as per management request
- Data entry on Child level monitoring system (CLM) per cycle.
- Coordinate with team about all data entry documents ( attendance sheets and scoring )
- Visits to the field when necessary
- Other related duties as identified by supervisor.

- Previous experience as a data entry or similar position will be considered an advantage.
Require skills:
- Good Social and Communication skills

- Fluent in Arabic and good writing skills in English
- Capacity to work in small teams and flexibility to take on new tasks.
- Cultural sensitivity
- Proficient in Ms Office - word processing, spread sheets, etc.
- Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines
