Video Production Specialist- Individuals/Corporates

Scope of Work:

LTA is looking for Video Production Specialist to produce a Video (5 - 7 min). The specialist will receive a filmed footage and information to be transformed into a script all to be used to develop the video that will include Arabic and English titles and will be edited.

Technical Proposal:

 - 1 Competencies:
 The Production House or Individual Contractors should have the following knowledge and experience:

• Extensive experience in producing news, documentary films and 5 to 7-minutes short format films.
• Proof of experience should be submitted with application to bid.
• At least 5 years of proven technical experience for the cameraperson/editors involved in the production.
• Script writing skills and experience in Arabic and English
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.

 - 2 Equipment :

• Broadcast quality full HD video
• Professional sound recording
• Editing software and equipment

 -3 Pricing –Financial Proposal:
The fee proposal should consist of pricing the :

• Script Writing cost
• Cost of the Production the video including graphics and music
• 1-day shooting interviews 
• Voice over
• Subtitles
• Any other cost
