Duties
- Create, moderate, and ensure the best use of the CRM system
- Oversee direct communication with customers through a chosen CRM system and resolving customer complaints quickly.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Integrating Google analytics on the website with the right goals
- Remarketing & creating look-alike customers
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes and maintain sales funnels
- Run Google advertising and social media advertising
- Managing and tracking affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and generate significant online revenue
- Ensure adequate tracking system tools to support business goals
- Responsible for sales funnel/pipeline forecast analysis leading to quota realization.
- Identifying new leads and target audiences to optimize.
- Utilize web analytic tools and segmentation to define the audience and optimal category/products to drive engagement and commercial performance
- Utilize CRM platform for personalization and modular messaging
- Optimize opens, clicks, conversation, and revenue
- Perform day to day CRM related activities, including verifying classifying, computing, posting, and recording clients
- Design and produce dashboards/reports to provide in-depth analysis of the Sales data as per request
- Coordinates the implementation of all marketing and PR activities as per the marketing and PR annual plan.
- Follow up on CRM daily and monthly reports and complaints and assure that all information that is being collected is handled and delivered to the connected parties.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Proven experience in Data Analysis
- A solid background in data and CRM management
