UNV Retail Field Monitoring Assistant

Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of Retail Associate or his/her designated mandated representative(s), the UNV Retail Field Monitoring Assistant will:

Assist in following up with shops regarding compliance of contractual terms;

Respond to shops enquires received through the shops’ hotline; registering and tracking each call or email during the hotline working hours;

Handle all incoming correspondence with shops through email, document and follow up all queries or complaints;

Perform Capacity Building visits in shops: organize and prepare visits in advance, visit shops and train shopkeepers on Retail insights, tutor shops to get improvements, lead them on using the Retail Dashboard and Data to perform better, follow-up on shops evolution in terms of Retail standards (questionnaire, alert on issues…)

Improve the level of contracted shops in terms of Retail standards: hygiene, pricing, safety, data sending, stock processing, Mandatory Range numerical distribution etc…to increase compliance of shops with contracted items;

Ensure proper collection of all Data about shops (including sales data) to track history of the relationship between WFP and each shop;

Exchange with the Monitoring team on issues/situation related to shops and if needed to be able to present cases to the Shop Management Group;

Prepare the evaluation of shops for the contract extension;

Share with other Monitoring Assistants from other Field Offices to find ways to improve the whole system;

Coordinate with retailers and Field Office to ensure efficient operations of the retail network.

Perform other related duties as required.
