Preventing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Addressing Violence Against Children (AVAC) Trainer

 

Consultancy Objective:

 

·         Train at least 1400 UNRWA staff on UNRWA’s PSEA and AVAC frameworks, promoting ownership and buy-in.

 

 

 

The specific tasks are to:

 

·         Develop trainings with the support of PSEA and AVAC field focal points and relevant coordinators at HQ. The materials should be in line with UNRWA frameworks and policies, the PSEA task force in Lebanon, and use a variety of interactive methodologies.

 

·         Organise trainings with the support of field focal points and working groups.

 

·         Deliver trainings on line or in person.

 

 

 

Modalities: These will change as the COVID-19 situation evolves. The consultant should be prepared to deliver some trainings in person in smaller groups with appropriate COVID-19 precautions, and to deliver trainings on line.

 

 

 

Outputs:

 

·         Training materials on AVAC and PSEA.

 

·         At least 1400 people trained.

 

·         A brief end of consultancy report with key observations and recommendations for UNRWA to follow up on.
