• Manage social media network pages and engage the Jouzour Loubnan community in its activities.
• Suggest and manage online advertisement (when needed).
• Oversee and contribute to the development of online publications and other outreach materials.
• Update Jouzour Loubnan’s website, including news, articles, updating projects and facts.
• Manage magazine’s yearly production from draft to production: outline proposal, sponsor ads, articles writing, articles follow up, follow up on design, online print, and distribution.
• Ensure effective communication of scientific findings and plantation achievements towards governmental and private sector target audiences.
• Plan and schedule awareness projects in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule fundraising events in coordination with the team and the concerned stakeholders.
• Handle and promote the tree adoption program through adoptacedar.org and phone calls.
• Build, develop, and grow partnership relationships vital to the success of Jouzour Loubnan.
• Manage internal communication by filing and updating the database.
• Assist the project manager in writing or preparing a pitch for an environmental project.
• Report continuously to the team and coordinate with the project manager.

• Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or Communication Arts
• Fluent in both English and Arabic. French is a plus.
• Experience in writing and communicating in a formal context, whether in education or elsewhere.
• Time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Proficient public speaking abilities are an asset.
