Cash Project Manager

Tasks and responsabilities:

• You contribute to the development and implementation of an organizational roadmap to address obstacles to scaling CVA in Dorcas Lebanon
• You build the capacity of Dorcas Lebanon in CVA through training project staff and setting up contextualized SOPs for CVA projects
• You contribute to capacity-building of other Dorcas country offices on CVA upon request
• You are responsible for the realization of an innovative cash project in which Dorcas works together with several other humanitarian organizations, the “scaling 121” project. You bring in your CVA expertise as well as project management skills
• You are responsible for project coordination, according to planning, in all phases of the project cycle: design, assessments, (digital) community engagement, distribution, monitoring, reporting, evaluation.
• You lead the introduction and use of the innovative 121 software in Dorcas Lebanon and the humanitarian cash project
• You coordinate with 121 consortium stakeholders to ensure alignment between the innovative 121 product used and the context of the project implementation
• You lead the execution of all relevant assessments, including market assessments, feasibility studies, vulnerability assessment, choice for financial serviceprovider
• You ensure compliance with relevant national, local, international standards
• You coordinate with relevant actors, including government representatives and UN clusters
