Summary: 

This call aims to recruit 2 trainers who will be in charge of training beneficiaries enrolled in Face Masks production program. The targeted beneficiaries have received several awareness sessions and a 6 days vocational training on masks sewing and disinfection. The packaging training should focus on packaging and labeling techniques in general and tailor part of the sessions to adhere with context and sewing sector. The overall working day per position is 8 days spread over one month.

Objectives of the training:

1. To learn basic principles of Packaging
2. To learn basic principles of labelling 
3. To learn best practices in branding
4. To learn and apply this knowledge in Masks production and packing context

The Curricula breakdown:

• Course overview and description
• The concept of packaging
• Effective packaging Techniques
• The concept of branding and its importance
• Consumer packaging and labeling law   

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop the curriculum and benchmark it with AICA management
• Conduct 2 to 3 hours of training within factories in Tripoli
• Agree on the final packaging
• Hand over a final version of the curriculum in English and Arabic
• Prepare a list of needed materials to be used in the training
• Provide a report in regard the delivered training
• Any other duty that might be necessary and related to the scope of work

Required competencies:

• At least 3  years of experience working in the Packaging industry in Lebanon
• Previous record in conducting trainings desired
• Patience and positive attitude is highly requested
• Ability to provide explanation to trainees when necessary
• Excellent command of written and oral Arabic (English is a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good reporting skill
