General objectives and tasks:
1- Assist and monitor the implementation of the project in alliance with arcenciel’s strategy and donor’s requirements:
- Lead the planning, organization/facilitation and implementation of the project’s activities.
- Ensure responsibilities and timelines are set and respected.
- Monitor the delivery, handling and utilization of materials on site.
- Ensure that all the health and safety measures of staff are taken.
- Ensure logistics support to facilitate the implementation of the project.
- Ensure compliance with the pre-established budget.
2- Plan and coordinate the field activities related to the project:
- Lead on the implementation at the field level of the developed composting solution.
- Follow up the field implementation and provide support when needed.
- Set up the operation methodology and procedures.
- Train the staff in charge of the installations and equipment put in place.
3- Develop and elaborate specific methodologies and processes related to the project activities:
- Develop the methodology and process related to the proposed composting solution.
- Develop and study the best suitable approach for the challenges related to the project.
- Set up and execute test protocols that will determine the acceptance of work and equipment.
- Keep up to date with the last trends and technologies related to composting.
4- Ensure the timely mobilization and utilization of project personnel, and equipment inputs:
- Coordinate logistic needs.
- Ensure mobilization and delivery of inputs in accordance with the project needs.
- Provide overall supervision and/or coordination of their work to ensure the production of the corresponding project outputs.
- Help ensuring successful completion of the project in accordance with the stated outcomes and performance indicators.
5- Report all the field activities to the Project Manager:
- Ensuring effective dissemination of and access to information on project activities and results.
- Ensure project documents are properly filed and up to date.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of required reports.
6- Perform others coordinating tasks as appropriate for the successful implementation of the project.

Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 08:00 am till 04:00 pm.
Contract type: CDD, 1 year(Renewable).
