About the project:
Mentor Arabia is digitizing 2 of its Life Skills programs targeting children and youth aged 7 - 14 years old, transformed to be used through an online platform.
Mentor Arabia is looking for a Co-Trainer to support in conducting 3 Online trainings.
The co-trainer will report directly to Mentor Arabia’s Trainer.
Deliverables
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of online trainings
- Assist in the implementation of the training sessions throughout the 3 online trainings
- Assist in developing and maintaining proactive, positive, and professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the reporting after the implementation of the trainings

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Public Health, psychology or any related field
• At least 1 years experience in capacity training of adults
• Attended Training of Trainers of life skills related programs linked to international organizations or UN agencies
• Previous experience working with an international organization
• Knowledge and experience in developing training content for children and adolescents is a plus.
• Experience in online community-based activities implementation is a plus
• Experience in the development of online materials
• Knowledge of Lebanese context and culture
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Ability to work with a team as well as to work independently
• Ability to work online
• A flexible time schedule is a plus
• Previous experience with learning management systems (LMS).
