Quality Officer

General objectives and tasks:

1- Assist in the establishment of arcenciel's Quality and Food Safety Management Systems procedures, standards, systems and specifications:

• Collect information and work closely with staff to understand and conceptualize the existing processes at different operating units at arcenciel.
• Prepare drafted procedures and update quality documentation and communicate to the concerned parties.
• Work with Quality Coordinators to validate and finalize drafted procedures and policies.
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
• Assist in undertaking regular internal and process audits of the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
• Ensure that procedures of all programs/departments/units/centers are in compliance with the requirements of the Quality and Food Safety System and have a minimal level of uniformity across the organization.
• Identify non-compliance and support activity to address to direct supervisor.
• Create and prepare visual representations of internal quality and Food Safety procedures and policies.
• May accomplish other field or administrative tasks that are required to ensure the implementation of the quality and food safety requirements.

2- Assist the Senior Quality Officer in developing needed documents and policies to meet the donors’ requirements.

3- Assist the Senior Quality Officer in performing needed action to respond to needs of arcenciel departments, units and centers.

Position requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, TQM, OHS.
• Previous experience in developing and/or applying a Quality and Food safety manuals.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Pragmatic, Structured, Excellent communication skills.
• Assertive.
• Ability to operate in complex and ambiguous environment.
• Must have the ability to work with staff at all levels.

Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 08:00 am till 04:00 pm.

Contract type: CDD, 1 year.
