Negotiation Consultant– DIGITAL AG4HER STARTUPS

The Digital Ag4Her Program supports women in the agriculture sector by nurturing and growing their disruptive scientific or technological ideas and helping them scale locally and beyond.

The Digital Ag4Her Program seeks a Negotiation Consultant to train entrepreneurs on business negotiation basics. The selected candidate will be required to deliver a one-day online workshop that covers the following:

• The foundations of business negotiations
• State-of-the-art negotiation techniques and strategies
• Preparation methods and structured approaches to negotiation
• The particulars of online negotiations
• Hands-on case studies that allow entrepreneurs to implement the knowledge disseminated throughout the workshop

• At least 7 years of experience as a Consultant, Trainer, or similar role, preferably with a startup or in a startup environment
• Strong negotiation knowledge and skills
• Practical negotiation, sales, or relevant experience
• Ability to effectively prepare and deliver training programs
• Strong communications skills
• Fluent in English
