Technical Project Manager - Software

Knowledge:

JAVA and React JS/Angular

Project management:

• Support technical execution of project to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation objectives
• Manage multiple projects at the time and locate synergies
• Link with Technology Architect and implement proposed standards
• Link with devops and implement proposed standards
• Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and recommend process or service improvements
• Operate with moderate guidance in a complex environment

Project implementation:

• Develop project plan, tasks, tracking tools, and provide regular updates
• Follow up on daily progress of development team while ensuring everyone is working towards established milestones
• Ensure proper Quality Assurance standards and processes on various projects
• Escalate any risk of delivery to management and ensure business objectives are met

Processes and Standards:

• Ensure high standards and processes across the project development cycle
• Support agile methodology through application of defined approaches
• Utilize SCRUM standards, procedures, and processes
• Insure proper archiving, documentation, and communication around the project

Coordination:

• Coordinate all activities throughout the life cycle of projects
• Anticipate project issues and coordinate among team members to provide timely resolutions
• Coordinate with consulting, design, and support teams to achieve desired project outcomes
• Liaise between tech and non tech teams
• Link with clients as needed to discuss requirements, deliverables and processes

Analysis:

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements in relation to project with the support of the consulting team

Human Resources:

• Ensure efficient review and feedback is provided across team members
• Support in the recruitment and training of new team members
