The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Lebanon, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for establishment of a Frame Agreement for the provision of facility maintenance services for UNHCR office is Zahle for a period of one (1) year period with possibility of extension for one (1) additional year.
