TRAINING COORDINATOR

Objective 1:  Contributes to capacity needs assessments for TDH It and partners staff as required by Program staff, HR and MEAL

Objective 2: Contributes to the definition of capacity building plan (including training and coaching) tailored on the needs identified in the capacity assessment for each partner.

  • Supports the program Staff in identifying/mapping available internal and external capacity development opportunities for identified gap in capacity assessment (including program management, financial and technical management) for local partners.

Objective 3: Contributes to the definition of capacity building plan (including training and coaching) tailored on the needs identified in the capacity assessment for TDH staff member.

  • Supports the HR department in identifying/mapping available internal and external capacity development opportunities for identified gap in capacity assessment (including program management, financial and technical management).

Objective 4: Coordinates learning opportunities conducted by TDH It internally as well as covering local partners staff.

  • Assumes full responsibility for the required activities; including developing and managing the event budget (as defined by program managers and logistics) and administrative requirements including trainer travel, accommodation, materials preparation and shipping.
  • Coordinate with technical staff and experts for the development of specific training courses;

Objective 5: Report, Capitalization & Systematization

  • Ensures all the material created or used is correctly filed and accessible to the relevant people, both during and after the ending of the Training Coordinator’s missions.
  • In coordination with technical staff, compile, systematize and collect all the existing learning materials

Objective 6: Maintenance and feed the existing learning platform

  • Ensures the Learning platform is always accessible to TDH staff and learning materials are duly uploaded and fully functional in the Sharepoint.
  • Identify – in coordination with Program and Log&Procurement staff – professional experts to contact for the creation of ad hoc training packages to be uploaded on the platform

And any other duties seemed relevant to the position and assigned by your manager.
