To all interested legally registered companies specialized in cash money transfer: World Learning Inc. (WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement 2 (QITABI 2) Project, formally invites bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit a bidder’s request to receive the full Request For Proposal (RFP) for Cash Transfer Services in all Governorates in Lebanon.
The RFQ, including all specifications, terms & conditions is available by sending an email to: procurement@qitabi.org between August 20, 2021 and August 27, 2021.
Final bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to WL - QITABI 2 Beirut offices on September 6, 2021, no later than 5:00 PM Beirut time.
