• Identify the current offer regarding training for NGOs on the local market
• Highlight training gaps and training needs including needs of institutional entities and NGOs
• Identify the potential training activities that the new center should venture into
• Provide recommendations regarding the physical organization of the Training Center
• Define training procedures and technical organization
• Propose curriculum of these activities
• Identify skills and profiles of the trainers that will implement these activities
• Identify potential training partners and experts
• Propose a financial plan and estimated budgets
• Assess the outcomes of the center, its financial sustainability on the short and medium terms
• Propose an external communication plan to position and raise awareness about the center as well as engage with stakeholders
