Manage the daily field activities for the project in coordination with the area program manager and deliver objectives and tasks on-time and to a high quality
Lead a team of outreach workers to gather data, analyse trends, and propose response modalities in line with the project objectives, planning, and targets
Work with the team in a highly efficient manner, prioritizing needs and targets, and reporting in a clear and concise manner on the progress of these
Oversee and be responsible for the delivery of assistance at the individual and community level, coordinating with other field teams as needed, and ensuring progress towards common goals.

Knowledge of direct community work with vulnerable or at risk communities
Knowledge of delivery modalities for Emergency Response and Community Empowerment an advantage
