The HR assistant will assist the HR Manager and HR officer in handling HR tasks as needed.
The HR assistant will be responsible of the following duties:
- Assist in performing duties relating to the recruitment of new staff (collect CVs, contact candidates for interviews, etc… and assist in conducting interviews, if needed)
- Perform reference check for new candidates
- Collect personal data and papers from new staff, and assist in preparing their contracts if needed.
- Post positions on Daleel Madani.
- Assist in preparing the declaration forms and other required documents for NSSF and MoF.
- Assist in maintaining, filing and updating the employees’ records.
- Assist in preparing certificates and documents for staff.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the supervisor.

Working Conditions
Stationed in IOCC Lebanon Office with possible travel to the field as necessary.
Duration
30 effective working days, from September 2021 to December 31, 2021. The number of days can be added as needed.
