Social Workers Needs Analyst

The Social Worker’s Syndicate in Lebanon is continuously seeking to develop the Social Workers’ skills, in addition to highlighting the ethics of the profession and demonstrating its effective role in protecting the rights of specialists.
This job position requires to identify the reality and the needs of the profession and to determine the work ethics challenges facing professionals in the labor market.

Social Worker’s Needs Analyst main tasks:

• Completion of the study within a period not exceeding 20 days with a clear output of the results reached.
• Participate in the preparatory meetings held with the team.
• Assist in the preparation of the internal policies of the institution.
• Being present in the office when necessary to carry out coordination work.  
• Contribute to career development within the institution.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Previous experience in social work’s needs analysis.
• Excellent understanding of community health and emergency response strategies.
