In the framework of the project “Support to Saida Governmental Hospital in the COVID-19 response and engagement of local communities to improve preventive healthcare” funded by Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF), ARCS is launching a competitive procurement process for the supply of hospital equipment to Saida Governmental Hospital.

Preferably, offers shall be hand-delivered to ARCS office in Beirut (between 09.30 and 16.30), before the deadline specified in the timetable. Alternatively, and in consideration of the current situation, offers can also be sent to arcs.lebanon@gmail.com with the subject line indicating the reference to the procurement procedure (ARCS/OCHA/LEBANON/NOT/01). Offers must include:
- ANNEX I Quotation Submission Form.
- A copy of the VAT Number and a copy of the Registration Number. The copy must be stamped and signed in original by the Tenderers.
- ANNEX II Financial and Technical offer. Prices shall be expressed in United States Dollars (USD).
- ANNEX III Supplier’s Ethical Declaration and Eligibility Declaration.
- ANNEX IV Financial Identification Form.
and must be dated, stamped and signed. Please note that incomplete offers will not be considered.
