Scaling Up Consultant – SAFI Program

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

The SAFI Program supports SMEs in the agri-food sector to scale up and accelerate their business to support import substitution and food security in Lebanon.

The SAFI Program seeks a Scaling Up Consultant to train and coach three SME business owners on developing and executing a strategy to scale up their business. The selected candidate will be required to deliver a two-day workshop that covers the following:

• A practical framework for developing a solid scaling up plan, with a focus on three pillars: human resource development, strategic planning, and strategy execution
• Tailored support for the SMEs as they devise their scaling up plan during the workshop

• Solid background in business (MBA or EMBA is a plus)
• At least 7 years of practical experience as a strategy consultant or similar role
• Experience in training or workshop delivery (training certification is a plus)
• Strong communications skills
• Fluent in English
