Data Analyst Part Time

Main Tasks

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Social Worker will:

• Work in close collaboration with the MoSA, the Municipality and other stakeholders in the definition of the selection criteria of the beneficiaries;
• Set up the data collection system together with the MoSA, the Municipality and other stakeholders,
• Train the project staff and the other stakeholders on data collection and data elaboration,
• Be in charge of the gathering, elaboration and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data concerning the project activities;
• Keep both internal and external databases updated, regularly (weekly and monthly) monitoring and reviewing information
• Elaborate qualitative and quantitative reports, both internal and external, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Support the development of monitoring tools;
• Take part in sectorial meetings and trainings organized by COOPI and by the Livelihood WG or external stakeholders;
• Report every day the problems to the Project Manager and provide weekly reports ;
• Assist in any additional tasks assigned by the Project manager in line with the job profile.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistic, Social Science or similar
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar role
• Previous working experience in an international NGO (desirable)
• Proven sense of professional discretion, integrity, and ability to work in an international environment
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic,  Good English
• Computer knowledge (word, excel, …)
• Good reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours in the event of major emergencies
